• Higher dust loading capacity and longer lasting filters, with little or no abrasion wear, thanks to the built-in Intelligent Dropout Zone.  This new feature shunts dust to the disposal drum before it can reach the filters.  It’s engineered airflow management at its best. 

• Low pressure loss throughout the DFE makes for more energy efficient operation.

• Breakthrough filter cleaning, using MaxPulse™ for minimal energy use and maximum filter life.  MaxPulse’s more uniform cleaning results in more effective filtration over the life of the filter, and increased airflow capacity.  With MaxPulse, significantly higher pulse pressures are sustained along the filtration media profile.

• Industry-leading filtration design using new triangular UltraWeb® filters.  The new cartridge optimizes filtration orientation.

• UltraWeb filters come standard.  Torit’s proprietary nanofiber media uses a layer of fibers 0.2 to 0.3 microns in diameter to capture ultra-fine contaminants on the surface of the media. The resulting dust cake is easily pulsed off with automated cleaning, providing healthier discharge air, all the while capturing energy savings.

• As noted in our previous BlastPrep.com post, UltraWeb now has a minimum MERV 15 efficiency rating, a significant advantage for cleaner air and fewer after-filter changes.

• An asymmetrical yoke design ensures proper filter installation, seal, and cleaning alignment.  The result is quick, leak-free, error-free filter change-out.

• The filter cover knob now incorporates a center lug enabling power tool operation.  No special tools are required to change filters.  New hinged access doors speed filter change out.

• With Torit’s new DFE, you never have to enter a confined space or dirty air plenum to do the job.  It’s a much cleaner, safer, healthier system – superior to the competitor’s less evolved designs.
