"Breathing Air Choices" is a BlastPrep.com exclusive - answering questions that frequently arise when selecting a blasting respirator.

The "Design Review Checklist" was made by the US Army and touches on many important aspects of blast machine design, especially having to do with air flow and safety.

ANSI/AIHA/ASSE Z9.4-2011 "Abrasive-Blasting Operations – Ventilation and Safe Practices for Fixed Location Enclosures" standard applies to all operations in fixed location abrasive-blast enclosures. From the American Society of Safety Engineers. 

The CDC (Centers for Disease Control and Prevention) and NIOSH (National Institute for Occupational Safety and Health) have put together a comprehensive Resource List for "Abrasive Blasting Safety & Health."  As they say, "There is much to know about abrasive blasting and the associated hazards in order to consistently perform the task safely."
