Upgrade to an Ergo Suction Blast Gun

Blast guns can impact production and maintenance – either positively or negatively.

I promote one suction blast gun in particular (especially for manual operations) because it provides:

  • High performance for fast blasting.

  • Long life and long intervals between service.  Simple maintenance.

  • Good economics.

  • The most ergonomic "feel" for hours of fatigue-free blasting.

  • Enhanced control at high PSI - and lightweight (14 ounces).

The Ergo Blast Gun comes in one of two long-life nozzle types:  Tungsten or Boron.  Explore which is best for you on BlastPrep's

"Long Life Nozzles" page.

An available (optional) hose kit is very flexible - which comes in handy for manual blasting where ergonomics is important, or where there is little room inside the cabinet.  With it, we can use the same gun in manual operations where a flex hose is less fatiguing, as well as automated systems, such as cramped basket blaster cabinets where tight hose bends are typical.  This blast hose holds up to the rigors of abrasives, too.

Want to make a quick improvement?  The Ergo Gun will give you a lot of blasting bang for the buck.  In fact, it is one of the most reasonably priced high performance blast guns on the market today.

Install it next time your old gun is worn out, or upgrade now.

There are significant differences in blast guns, and it is easy to upgrade.
